  • Medium cooked cauliflower (separate the cauliflower bouquets)1 unit(s)
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch3 tablespoon
  • Vegetable stock cube1 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Whole milk500 ml
  • Diced Fried Bacon100 g
  • Small chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Grated Mozzarella100 g
  1. In a pan over medium heat, dissolve the cornstarch in the margarine, add the vegetable stock cube, nutmeg and salt.
  2. Add the milk, stirring constantly until it thickens, turn off the heat and add the cream. Reserve
  3. In a hot skillet, fry the bacon and onion. Reserve
  4. In a refractory, place the cooked cauliflower, bacon, mozzarella, white sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until browned.
