- Flour1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Grated cheese100 g
- Ham100 g
- Cook the cauliflower in hot salted water until it becomes soft.
- Roll the ham forming rolls and cut and fill in the cauliflower spaces with these rolls
- In the blender, beat the milk and flour, season with salt and black pepper and add the curd.
- Take this cream to thicken in the pan and as soon as it thickens, add it to the cauliflower
- Finish with cheese and take it to the oven so that the cheese melts and it will be ready.
