- 150 grams of broccoli1 mg
- Mozzarella cheese to taste1 to taste

- White sauce1 to taste
- Put the broccoli to cook until al dente.
- I make the white sauce (I used 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of butter 1 tablespoon of wheat flour 250 ml of liquid milk. First I put the butter and onion to brown, then I add the wheat flour (without yeast) I let it cook, then add the milk and stir until it thickens.
- Put a layer of the sauce, then the broccoli and on top another layer of the white sauce, put the cheese on top and take it to the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
