Potato cut into cubes
Butter or margarine
Crushed Garlic Clove
In a bowl, cook the potato with a little salt until it is soft, then set aside.
In a pan add the oil, garlic, onion and let it brown Add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk to the black pepper and let the cream incorporate
After the cream is ready add the cream and mix well
grease a baking dish with butter and place the potatoes
Put the cream on top of the potato, chop the mozzarella and throw it on top.
Bake in the oven until the mozzarella melts and it's ready.
