- In a pan put a thread of oil to sauté the onion and garlic, then add the gherkin, put the 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and the chopped tomato and pepper, add the salt, pepper and sazom, put 1 cup of water and let it boil, when you cook the gherkin add a little coriander, leave it for a few minutes and that's it, just serve and enjoy ❤
