Em uma panela coloque um fio de óleo para refolgar a cebola e o alho, logo em seguida acrecente o maxixe, coloque as 4 colheres de molho de tomate e o tomate picado e pimentão, acrescente o sal,pimenta e sazom, coloque 1 xicara de água e deixe ferver, quando cozir o maxixe acrescente um pouquinho de coentro, deixe por alguns minutos e  prontinho, so servir e se deliciar ❤
