  • Sugar300 g
  • Water300 ml
  • Cachaça1 l
  1. Wash the genipapos, peel and cut into very small pieces.
  2. Separate some of the genipapo to put in the vessel that will put the liqueur.
  3. Take the sugar and water to make a syrup, add the genipapao and let it cook well
  4. Pass through a sieve to remove all the juice and separate the pomace.
  5. Place the pieces of genipapo, the juice and the cachaça in a glass bowl with a lid and let it cure for a few days.
