- Palm oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Blend the onion, salt, garlic and water in a blender. After beaten, strain through a sieve and reserve the thick part of the seasoning.
- Take the shrimp, remove the head and wash. Put it in a bowl and throw the beaten seasoning, the thick part all over the shrimp and let it soak for a few hours before frying to get the taste.
- When you're going to fry, put some palm oil and fry the shrimp in the oil, let it brown and it's ready 😋👏🏼
