  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Blend the onion, salt, garlic and water in a blender. After beaten, strain through a sieve and reserve the thick part of the seasoning.
  2. Take the shrimp, remove the head and wash. Put it in a bowl and throw the beaten seasoning, the thick part all over the shrimp and let it soak for a few hours before frying to get the taste.
  3. When you're going to fry, put some palm oil and fry the shrimp in the oil, let it brown and it's ready 😋👏🏼
