- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Sliced leek1 unit(s)
- In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the garlic cut into slices.
- Add the wheat flour and stir well, let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk and continue to stir.
- Let it cook until it thickens. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Tip: serve with grilled chicken!
