Bater no liquidificador o leite no modo lento.

Beat the milk in the blender on slow mode.

Colocar o óleo jogando bem devagar com o liquificador ligado.

Pour in the oil, pouring in very slowly with the blender on.

Continue jogando o óleo até ficar um creme homogêneo. 

Continue tossing the oil until you get a homogeneous cream.

Depois coloque orégano, sala e o alho à gosto, bater por mais uns segundos e prontinho.

Then add oregano, salami and garlic to taste, beat for a few more seconds and you're done.
