  • Black peppercorns1 to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste
  1. Peel the garlic cloves
  2. Add the garlic cloves and the other ingredients to a roasting pan: peppercorns, fresh herbs to taste, salt and olive oil until the garlic is covered in half
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes and you're done!
