• Qualho cheese (cubes) | 600 g
• Pepper | 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt | 1 teaspoon
• Butter | 3 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Add butter to the frying pan, esauté a lot and add the qualho cheese.
2. Add salt and pepper. Let the sides brown and melt a little. Then turn off the heat and serve.
