- Cassava in cubes200 g
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Boiling water1 l
- Add the cassava in the water and let it cook until it is soft but not falling apart.
- Once the cassava is cooked, place it in a colander
- Then put the butter and salt in a pan and mix until the butter melts.
- Once the butter is hot, add the cassava little by little and let it fry on both sides and it's ready.
