Primeiramente vamos colocar o amido de milho junto com a farinha de trigo e misturar
Agora tire as pontinhas da banana, corte elas no meio e retire a casca da banana
Depois passe as bananas uma a uma na farinha de trigo, nos ovos e na farinha de rosca
Agora só fritar as bananas em óleo bem quente
Sirva em seguida
