- Wheat Flour100 mg
- Ripe Bananas to taste

- Peel the bananas, cut and discard the ends, using a knife to divide them in half.
- Add the egg in a small bowl and now comes the trick to ensure crunch for your fried banana:
- put 1 tablespoon (soup) of cornstarch with the egg and use a fork to beat well.
- In two other bowls put the wheat flour in one of them and in the other put the breadcrumbs.
- Pass the bananas in the wheat flour first, then in the beaten egg and starch mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil, fry the bananas and dry excess fat on a paper towel. Do not fry too many pieces at a time, maximum 3.
- otherwise the oil cools down and the bananas get soggy.
- Now you can serve and taste your wonderful fried banana!
