  • Shredded and desalted Codfish500 g
  • Asterix potato500 kg
  • Coriander1 unit(s)
  • Roasted Garlic50 g
  • Panko flour100 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Panko flour100 g
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • Oil or olive oil500 ml
  1. In a pressure cooker, add the whole unpeeled potatoes, for 25 minutes, let the pressure release naturally, remove the peel and mash until it turns into a puree
  2. cut the cilantro
  3. Place the cooled mashed potatoes, shredded and salted cod in a bowl, add the fried garlic, egg yolks and coriander
  4. Adjust the salt and add black pepper (optional)
  5. Add 100g of panko flour and mix with your hands until you get a firm dough, mold and roll in the other 100g of panko flour
  6. In a skillet add the oil or olive oil and fry the dumplings submerged in the oil, drain and serve
