- 3 cups of cornmeal, 500 ml of water, parsley, oregano, salt, garlic, black pepper and chicken broth 🐔500 ml
- Saute garlic in oil, add chicken stock and water. Let it get warm.
- Then put the rest of the ingredients and the cornmeal, let it cook always stirring until it gets very hard...
- Put it on a board, let it cool well and cut it into your favorite comics, pass it in the cornmeal and fry in very hot oil over low heat... It looks great with an oxtail or rib, it's delicious 😋
