Large Potato

Coloque o óleo na panela e deixe esquentando 

Put the oil in the pan and let it heat up.

Descasque a batata e a pique em tiras lave as e coloque em um escorredor 

Peel the potatoes and chop them into strips, wash them and place them in a colander.

Coloque em uma vasilha adicione  o amido de milho e mecha até o amido de milho se misturar bem 

Place in a bowl add the cornstarch and stir until the cornstarch is well mixed.

Depois as frite em óleo quente até dourar
