Descasque as batatas e corte em tiras, seca as batatas com ajuda de  papel toalha. Reserva

Em uma panela colocar 500ml de óleo para esquentar.

Quando óleo estiver bem quente adiciona as batatas para fritar. Frita até acabar as batatas.

Depois colocar as batatas em papel toalha para escorrer o óleo. E tempere com sal.
