Depois lave e as enxuga com papel toalha.

Then wash and dry them with a paper towel.

Em uma frigideira coloque o oléo e leve o fogo e deixar esquenta bastante.

In a frying pan put the oil and take the fire and let it get very hot.

Depois de pronto coloque numa bandeja com papel toalha pra tirar o excesso de óleo.  

Once ready, place on a tray with paper towels to remove excess oil.

Logo em seguida coloque prato e acrescente o sal a gosto e é so descusta.

Then put a plate and add salt to taste and that's it.
