  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Remove the skins from the potatoes and cut them into thin rectangular shapes and wash them.
  2. In a medium-bottomed nonstick skillet, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up for 1 minute.
  3. Soon after, add the sliced potatoes along the entire length of the skillet and put pinches of salt around, without exaggerating.
  4. Let it fry on low heat and wait for it to start to brown. After that, turn the other side and wait for it to brown.
  5. Turn off the heat, remove the fried potatoes and dry them with a paper towel.
  6. If you want, in a medium cup put ketchup and mayonnaise and mix until it forms a uniform color to serve as a side dish. Enjoy your fries.
