  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  • Oregano to taste

  1. Shred the fish with your hands and remove the bones.
  2. Place in a bowl and add the flour and egg.
  3. Mix well and season with salt, oregano, seasoning
  4. Roll into balls and set aside. Heat the oil and fry the dumplings little by little.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on absorbent paper. Serve it hot.
