- Black beans200 g
- Cassava Flour150 g

- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped bell pepper2 tablespoon
- Salt, oil, pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste

- In a pan I sauteed the garlic, onion and bell pepper, added the sliced pepperoni and the pieces of ribs, seasoned with salt, pepper, added water, covered the pan and cooked under pressure for 15 minutes.
- I removed it from the heat and added the beans that I had soaked for 1 hour. I cooked for another 10 minutes. After that time, I opened the pan and left another 5 minutes in the fire to find out the broth. Finished with cilantro and chives.
- I made the farofa with fried bacon, onion, green smell and a little spicy paprika.
- For the vinaigrette: chopped onion and tomato with parsley and pepper, seasoned with salt, vinegar and oil. I served the feijoada with white rice and orange 😋
