  • Paio200 g
  • Dried meat200 g
  • Oil1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water1 l
  1. Add the dried meat to remove the salt, wash four times. Letting soak for 20 min each time. Ideal to leave from 1 day to the next
  2. Place the oil and a peeled and crushed garlic clove in a pressure cooker.
  3. Add the beans and dried meat and salt
  4. Add the water and cover the pan, as soon as it reaches pressure, leave for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
  5. In a frying pan, fry the bacon, pepperoni and sausage.
  6. After the full pressure is released from the pan, mix all the ingredients and return to the heat.
  7. When the cooker comes to pressure, leave it for another 10 minutes
  8. Let the pressure release naturally and then just serve.
