  • Recipe
  • Minced Tenderloin1 cup
  • Fine cassava flour2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped green onion1/4 cup
  • Lard1/4 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
  1. In a pan heat the lard and fry the tenderloin.
  2. Add the onion and fry well. Then add the garlic and fry for another 1 minute.
  3. Add the paprika and chives and mix.
  4. Add the flour, salt and stir over low heat, toasting the flour well.
  5. Transfer to another container and let cool completely.
