- Minced Tenderloin1 cup
- Fine cassava flour2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped green onion1/4 cup
- Lard1/4 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- In a pan heat the lard and fry the tenderloin.
- Add the onion and fry well. Then add the garlic and fry for another 1 minute.
- Add the paprika and chives and mix.
- Add the flour, salt and stir over low heat, toasting the flour well.
- Transfer to another container and let cool completely.
