  1. Start by chopping the cabbage into thin slices, then cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  2. In a pan put a thread of oil and the cabbage to sauté.
  3. Add the eggs and the farofa.
  4. Add the salt and gradually add the seasonings of your choice. I used chimichurri, turmeric, chives and dried parsley.
