  • Cassava Flour1 cup
  • Cabbage leaf cut into thin strips3 unit(s)
  • Diced Bacon1/4 cup
  • Lightly beaten egg1 unit(s)
  • Chopped white onion1/3 cup
  • Smoked paprika1 dessert spoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. In a pan heat the oil and butter and add the bacon and onion and fry well.
  2. Add the paprika and mix. Add the kale and toss until wilted.
  3. Add the egg and salt and mix until it starts to cook.
  4. Add pepper and flour. Stir over low heat, toasting the flour well.
  5. Adjust salt and transfer to another container. Let cool.
