  • Black beans1/2 kg
  • Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Bacon1 cup
  • Chopped Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. In the pressure cooker, fry the bacon and pepperoni.
  2. Add the beans, stir and cover with water.
  3. Put to cook for 40 minutes after you get pressure.
  4. Let the pressure release on its own.
  5. For the seasoning, in a pan, place the minced garlic, salt and sauté.
  6. Take a bean shell and put it in this seasoning.
  7. Stir well and add the rest of the beans.
  8. Serve next!!!
  9. This recipe is easy and delicious!
  10. Eat with cabbage and white rice, vinaigrette and pork rinds.
  11. Tip: If you forget to soak the beans, just put boiling water in the beans and let them soak for half an hour, it works great!
