Milk

Antes de talhar o leite todo separar 200ml para colocar na mistura do liquidificador.

Before slicing all the milk, separate 200ml to put it in the blender mixture.

Quando apagar o fogo colocar o vinagre ou o suco de limão para talhar o leite

When the fire is off, add vinegar or lemon juice to curdle the milk.

Depois que talhar peneira até tirar todo o soro do leite

After cutting, sieve until all the whey is removed.

Coloca no liquidificador com a manteiga,sal e leite,mistura até ficar um creme.

Put in a blender with the butter, salt and milk, mix until it becomes a cream.
