Black beans1 kg
Bacon300 g
Onion2 unit(s)
Garlic to taste
Green Smell to taste
Dry seasonings to taste
Salt to taste

Soak your beans overnight.
Put it to pressure cook with just the water for about 20 minutes.
Grind the bacon, onion and garlic and sauté. Mix in the beans.
Finish by hitting the salt, putting the seasonings of your preference and letting it boil for another 10 minutes to get the flavor. Lastly, add the green smell.
