Escondidinho with cassava with potato, ground beef and cheese

Cook the potatoes in water and salt. Then peel, mash them, place in a container and mix with liquid milk and margarine. Purée and set aside.
Take a pan, add vegetable oil, onion, garlic and ground beef. Season with salt, pepper and cilantro and cook the meat for 25 minutes, with the pan covered and low heat. Meat is ready.
Now take a glass baking dish, add the mashed potatoes made and add cheese and ground beef alternately, finishing with slices of cheese. Then take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes and it will be ready to recipe.
