- Yellow pepper in strips1 unit(s)
- Red pepper strips1 unit(s)
- Green peppers in strips1 unit(s)
- Onions in strips2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 cup
- Viagra1/2 cup
- Chopped Pitted Olives1/2 cup
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Squeezed garlic2 tablespoon
- Seasonings0 to taste
- Place the chopped eggplant in a very large bowl and mix all the ingredients very well. Then transfer everything to a shape, cover with aluminum foil and take it to the oven at 250° degrees for 1 hour. After that time, remove the aluminum foil, stir with a spoon and return to the oven for approximately another 40 minutes or until all the water dries up. Serve with toast or bread of your choice.
