  • Onion01 unit(s)
  • Sour cream01 can(s)
  • Chicken broth01 unit(s)
  • Green seasoning, black pepper, turmeric, salt to taste
  • Butter01 teaspoon
  1. Cook the eggs, wait to cool, peel, cut in half carefully to keep the yolks intact, set aside.
  2. Chop the onion into very small pieces, fry in butter, increasing the broth, saffron and cream, mix well, set aside.
  3. In a wide-bottomed pan, place the egg halves next to each other, add the chopped champignons, pour the cream on top, boil for 2 minutes. When serving, decorate with chopped green spices, it's delicious.
