  • Ham cut into cubes100 g
  • Raisins to taste
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan put the oil and the crushed garlic and let it brown.
  2. Then put the rice, grated carrot and salt, and give it a sauté, then add water until it covers all the rice and let it cook.
  3. When the rice is ready, transfer it to a container, mix the ham and raisins and that's it.
