- Raisins to taste

- Salt to taste
- In a pan put the oil and the crushed garlic and let it brown.
- Then put the rice, grated carrot and salt, and give it a sauté, then add water until it covers all the rice and let it cook.
- When the rice is ready, transfer it to a container, mix the ham and raisins and that's it.
