  • Smoked pepperoni100 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour3 cup
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt and spices to taste
  1. Over medium heat, fry the garlic and onion with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Add and fry the pepperoni.
  3. Add the eggs, flour and the other 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix and stir for about 2 minutes. If needed, add salt.
  4. Finally, sprinkle the parsley on top and serve. Bon appetite 💕
