Coloque os tomates e a água no liquidificador. Reserve .

Place the tomatoes and water in a blender. Reserve .

Doure o alho, cebola e sal com um pouco de azeite em fogo baixo .

Brown the garlic, onion and salt with a little oil over low heat.

Acrescente o suco de tomate e a pimenta,  deixe cozinhar em torno de 15 minutos.

Add the tomato juice and pepper, let it cook for around 15 minutes.

Desligue o fogo e coloque o manjericão .
