Ingredients

• Tomato | 10 unit(s)
• Water | 1/2 cup
• Olive oil | 5 tablespoon
• Onion | 1 unit(s)
• Garlic Cloves | 2 unit(s)
• Salt and pepper |  to taste
• Basil |  to taste

Recipe

1. Place the tomatoes and water in a blender. Reserve .
2. Brown the garlic, onion and salt with a little oil over low heat.
3. Add the tomato juice and pepper, let it cook for around 15 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and add the basil.
