- Water1/2 cup
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Basil to taste
- Place the tomatoes and water in a blender. Reserve .
- Brown the garlic, onion and salt with a little oil over low heat.
- Add the tomato juice and pepper, let it cook for around 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the basil.
