- Large Potato | 2 unit(s)
- Oil | 2 cup
- Pepperoni Pepper | 1 teaspoon
- Salt | to taste
- Chop the potato with the skin on and set aside.
- In a pan put the oil and let it get hot.
- Gradually add the potatoes
- Let it fry until golden on both sides.
- After frying add the pepperoni and salt to taste
