- Pork Belly1/2 kg
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Dry the belly piece with a paper towel.
- Cut into cubes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Take the airfryer to 200°C for 10 min. Open, stir and program for another 10 min. Open, move and another 10 min. There are 3 times of 10 min. But be careful with time, each airfryer has different power.
- Remove the excess fat that forms at the bottom of the Airfryer, so as not to wet your dry crackling while baking. You can save it to cook!
