- Couscous Pasta (Flocked Corn Flour)4 cup
- Water for soaking3 cup
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, place the couscous pasta, salt and water. Add water little by little and mix with your hand or a wooden spoon.
- After everything is well mixed and the dough is very wet (be careful not to soak the dough), let it rest for about 7 minutes.
- After that time, place our pasta in the couscous pan and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Once cooked, turn off the heat and serve. Tip: Once cooked, spread a spoon of butter on top.
