- Skimmed milk2/3 cup
- Onion1 dessert spoon
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Blend the corn and milk in a blender. Reserve.
- Sauté the onion in the melted butter until it starts to brown.
- Add the beaten corn, season with salt and pepper.
- Keep over medium heat, stirring until thickened (about 5 minutes).
