  • Shredded Chicken1 kg
  • Potatoes10 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella to taste
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Escarole2 cup
  • Olive oil for brushing1 tablespoon
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Prepare a mashed potato
  2. Cook the chicken breast and shred it with the escarole seasoning to taste and a little tomato sauce. Don't let it get too wet.
  3. Assemble in a refractory in layers in the following order: Mashed, braised chicken with escarole. Another layer of puree to finish with mozzarella
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
  5. Remove from the oven. Just serve 😏
