  • Rice | 2 cup
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 4 unit(s)
  • Thin sausage | 4 unit(s)
  • Bacon | 100 g
  • Dry meat | 500 g
  • Yellow Pepper | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Green Pepper | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Coriander |  to taste
  • Curd cheese |  to taste
  • Smoked paprika |  to taste


  1. Start by desalting the jerky and cooking it in small pieces until very tender. About 40 minutes in the pressure cooker.
  2. Chop the onion, garlic and peppers. Cut the bacon into cubes and the sausage into small slices.
  3. In a pan, add the bacon and let it fry for a few minutes (if you think it has released a lot of fat, remove a little).
  4. In the same pan, add the sausage and the already cooked jerky, give it a light fry.
  5. Add the chopped onion and after wilting, add the garlic, add the peppers and sauté.
  6. Add the rice and add salt and seasonings to taste.
  7. Keep stirring while it cooks so it doesn't burn.
  8. Add hot water to cover everything, cover the pan and cook over low heat.
  9. When it is drying, check if the rice is still hard, if it is, add a little more hot water.
  10. Let it dry completely, turn off the heat.
  11. Add chopped cilantro and curd cheese in cubes (optional).
  12. Serve while still hot and enjoy! 😉
