Dry curd with Sicilian lemon

- Natural yogurt (sugar free) - 170g pot2 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Dill (dill)1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Place a clean dish towel, preferably all white, in a sieve. Support in a bowl so that it leaves space for the liquid to drain. Place in the fridge and let drain for at least 3 hours.
- Remove the yogurt and place in a bowl and season with dill salt and lemon zest and 3 tablespoons of the juice.
