  • Pork Belly1 kg
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  1. Dry the piece of pork belly with a paper towel, if it is wet.
  2. Cut into large cubes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Take the air fryer for 10min at 180°C. Open and move.
  5. Another 10 minutes in the air fryer. Open and move.
  6. Another 10 minutes in the air fryer. Ready!
  7. Attention: if you release a lot of fat at the bottom of the air fryer, remove it so you don't soak your dry crackling! :)
