- Breadcrumbs3 tablespoon

- I used half a kilo of coxinha da assa Salt, crushed garlic, dehydrated fine herbs, saffron, juice of 1 lemon (the seasonings depend on which ones you use and have at home and quantity as well)
- Along with the seasonings I mixed 1 tablespoon of wheat flour and 1 whole egg.
- It will be like a cream on the chicken with the seasoning, set it aside for breading
- For breading I used a mixture of: 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
- Just pass the chicken in the flour mixture and fry over low heat in hot oil until golden.
- Important: leave the fire low so it doesn't get raw inside.
