  • Peeled Tomato400 g
  • Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Vegan Sour Cream200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili Pepper1 teaspoon
  • Cachaça100 ml
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  • Bay leaves3 unit(s)
  • Water100 ml
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  1. In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil. When golden, add the red pepper and stir briefly. Ideally, the fire should be on a medium flame and not let the pepper burn.
  2. Add the peeled tomatoes, bay leaves, cachaça, salt and smoked paprika. Let it simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add the cream and finish with chopped parsley and chives.
