Chopped Potato2 unit(s)
Carrot1 unit(s)
Tomato sauce200 ml
Water2 cup
Garlic and chopped onion1 to taste
Olive oil and chopped parsley1 to taste

I started by peeling the potatoes and carrots, chopping them and setting them aside.
Now in the pan I put the oil and the chopped pepperoni. I left it fried and added the garlic and onion.
Then I put the potatoes and chopped carrots, added the sauce and seasonings, salt, black pepper and oregano.
Add the water and let it cook on low heat until the vegetables are cooked. Finally, I added the chopped parsley and serve.
