- Peel the cassava, cut into pieces and divide into 4 parts, remove the stalk and set aside
- Cut the charque into small cubes and boil to remove the salt (advise to do this 3x)
- Cut the pepperoni into cubes and put it in the pressure cooker along with the desalted beef jerky and the butter, let it fill
- Put the chopped onion and let it brown a little, then add the cassava and add water until it covers all the cassava.
- Cover the pan, after you get pressure, count 20 minutes, turn off the fire, wait for the steam to come out, still in the pan, take a wooden spoon or rigid spatula and keep hurting until it becomes a coarse paste.
